Monday. Where does the time go. Did the weekend even happen?  Lucas got a sawzall last week and made all sorts of improvements to the goats’ house. This window allows us to throw hay into the goat feeders without climbing around and having all 13 goats try to eat the hay out of your arms before you get to the feeder. And it is also where Gertrude sneaks around to get her own private grain bucket. Today, Cy (her daughter), showed up with her. She was obviously let in on the secret. Gertrude is a mother of particular devotion.
